Thank you for shopping with Zyvar. We are committed to delivering your premium jewelry safely and efficiently across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeline

  • We deliver all across Pakistan. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. The standard delivery time is 3–6 working days depending on the location. Delivery charges are PKR 199 for all orders

  • Shipping Duration: Once dispatched, your order will reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: Delivery may take slightly longer during festive seasons, public holidays, or high-volume sales.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location, unless a promotional free shipping offer is active.

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders nationwide. You can pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Prepaid Options: Online payment methods may also be available at checkout for a completely contactless delivery.

Order Tracking & Insurance

  • Tracking Details: As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to you via SMS or Email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

  • Secure Packaging: Every piece of jewelry and luxury box is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a physically damaged package, please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately.

Address Changes & Non-Delivery

  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

  • Unclaimed Deliveries: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the parcel remains unclaimed, it will be returned to our warehouse. Subsequent shipping attempts may require advance payment.
