Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders nationwide. You can pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking & Insurance

Tracking Details: As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to you via SMS or Email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Secure Packaging: Every piece of jewelry and luxury box is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a physically damaged package, please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately.
Address Changes & Non-Delivery

Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

Unclaimed Deliveries: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the parcel remains unclaimed, it will be returned to our warehouse. Subsequent shipping attempts may require advance payment.
